These 3 phases will allow you to set up your onsite lab whilst maximising your available budgets, as well as allowing you to expand your test slate without needing to replace instruments to upgrade. Here are the 3 phases:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 1<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Oil Shaker<\/li>\n<li>Blotterspot<\/li>\n<li>Wear debris with Filtergram analysis<\/li>\n<li>Crackle test<\/li>\n<li>Ferrous Quantifier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This phase will enable you to do basic \u201cGo Nogo&#8221; tests onsite to identify immediate problems that can be fixed before severe damage occurs to the lubricated machine.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Phase 2<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reporting Software<\/li>\n<li>FTIR<\/li>\n<li>Viscometer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>After this phase you will be able to analyse your samples in more depth, such as measuring the viscosity and chemical compounds found in the oil.
